Your staff · every morning

Know how well your body will move today.

A performance seat, a physio seat and a recovery seat read your morning separately. They are allowed to disagree. And each one finds out the next day whether it was right.

The problem

SIX WEEKS AGO TODAY SLEEP 6h 10m LOAD above your usual YOU a bit stiff PAIN the first signal you notice

You only find out something’s wrong when it hurts.

That line is six weeks of small signals nobody was watching. Short sleep, a heavier week than usual, a stiff morning. Pain is the last signal, not the first, and by the time it shows up your body has been degrading for weeks. Every tool you have either measures and stops, or treats the injury once it has already happened.

YOUR USUAL THIS WEEK

Load

Your week, against your own last twelve.

Every bar is one of your weeks, counted from the workouts already in Apple Health. The dotted line is your own usual, not a club average or a population norm. When a week lands above it, like this one, you can see it the way a coach would, before your legs tell you. No watch? Add a session in two taps and it counts.

Counted on your phone. Your training history never leaves it.

YOU

The Consensus

You are not the only one who moves like you.

Every outcome, fully anonymised, joins a living map of what actually helped people built like you. The more the community moves, the sharper your own read becomes. Shared only if you choose, and never tied back to you.

At your club

Your plan, for the days you are on your own.

The physio writes it, the S&C wants the load, the coach wants to know if you are right for Saturday. Linked, they are all reading the same thing, and it follows you home: what to do today, what to watch for, and a tick for what you actually did. So you are not explaining your hamstring three times a week to three different people.

“It’s really good that it’s making me aware about my own body. When I keep reporting it, I actually notice it and am made aware of it myself.”

Your body’s data stays on your body’s device.

Everything is encrypted on your phone. Only anonymised, aggregated patterns are ever shared, and only if you choose to. No ads. No data selling. Ever.

Why Sensus exists

Built by someone who needed it.

Sensus was built by an exercise science student and athlete who broke her collarbone and went through rehab wanting one thing: to see it coming. Elite athletes have a whole team watching for exactly that, physios, strength coaches, sports scientists. She had nobody, and she could not see it herself. So she built the staff she did not have.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

No. Sensus works with Apple Health and the wearable you already wear, like an Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura or Garmin, and it gets sharper the more it learns. You can start with just how you feel.

No. Sensus is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict any condition. It reflects how your body is moving, and when something looks worth a closer look, it points you to a professional.

A recovery score gives you one number, and a number has nothing to be right about. Sensus gives you three seats that read your day, tell you where, and each end on progress, hold, or go see someone. The next day, each one finds out whether it was right.

It is encrypted on your device. Only anonymised, aggregated patterns are ever shared, and only if you choose. No ads, no data selling, ever.
