Know how well you'll move today.
A daily operating system for your body

Know how well your body
will move today.

Your wearable gives you one recovery score. Sensus tells you how well you'll move today, where you're recovered, and one small thing to improve it.

The problem

You only find out something's
wrong when it hurts.

Pain is the last signal, not the first. By the time it shows up, your body has been degrading for weeks. Every tool you have either measures and stops, or treats the injury once it has already happened.

How you'll move today

A read on your body,
every morning.

Built from your sleep, HRV, recent training, and how you actually feel. Know which days to push and which to hold back, before you train, not after you tweak something.

Recovered, but recovered where

A recovery score says
“recovered.” It never
says where.

Sensus shows you region by region. Where you're ready, where you're still working, where to ease off. Honest states, never a fake number. The question every athlete actually asks, finally answered.

The signal nobody else captures

Your data says recovered.
Your body says otherwise.

Sensus reads both, how you feel and what your data shows, and surfaces the gap between them in one tap. That gap is the earliest sign something is off, because your body feels it before the numbers do.

Improve it, don't just track it

One small thing, today.

Sensus does not just rate your body. It gives you one short movement to improve today's state, then checks whether it worked, and learns what works for you. A control system, not a tracker.

A 2 minute movement

One short, guided thing matched to today's read.

Did it help?

A one tap re-check, so the loop actually closes.

Learns what works for you

Sensus remembers what eased you, and gets sharper.

The Consensus

You're not the only one
who moves like you.

Every outcome, fully anonymised, joins a living map of what actually helps people built like you. The more the community moves, the sharper your read becomes. Shared only if you choose, and never tied back to you.

You, among people who move like you. Anonymised, opt in.
Between sessions

The part of recovery
that disappears the
moment you leave
the clinic.

Linked to a physio or trainer, Sensus shows your plan, logs what you did, and lets them see how you are actually moving between appointments. No more guessing whether the work got done, or done right.

Yours, always

Your body's data stays
on your body's device.

Everything is encrypted on your phone. Only anonymised, aggregated patterns are ever shared, and only if you choose to. No ads. No data selling. Ever.

Why Sensus exists

Built by someone
who needed it.

Sensus was built by an exercise science student and athlete who broke her collarbone and went through rehab, and kept wishing for one thing: a system that told her how her body would move and where she was recovered, so she could see trouble coming instead of guessing. So she built it.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

No. Sensus works with Apple Health and the wearable you already wear, like an Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura or Garmin, and it gets sharper the more it learns. You can start with just how you feel.

No. Sensus is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict any condition. It reflects how your body is moving, and when something looks worth a closer look, it points you to a professional.
